  • 02Cold shock is the most common trigger. Chilling a solution too fast, or freezing it against the fridge back wall, can drop peptide out of solution. Bring the vial gently to room temperature and swirl; some cold-induced fall-out redissolves cleanly.
  • 03Too high a concentration exceeds solubility. Every peptide has a solubility limit. Reconstituting with too little water can leave more peptide than the volume can hold, so it precipitates. Adding diluent to lower the concentration can bring it back, then recompute your dose.
  • 04Wrong diluent or pH will not dissolve some peptides. A few peptides need more than plain bacteriostatic water to go fully into solution. If gentle warming and swirling do not clear it, the diluent may be the issue rather than technique.
  • 05Try recovery before discarding. Warm to room temperature, swirl slowly for a minute or two, and give it time. Do not shake. If the flakes dissolve and the solution turns clear with no residue, it has recovered.
